After taking over ownership of this unit , our client was confronted with faded window frames that had been spot painted over the years leaving them looking tired and dull.
We set about removing all the old sealant from around the windows as it was not in fact sealing anymore, frames are being prepared ready for spraying.
Colour was Ruby Red to frames and Slate grey to roller shutter and signage, this was in keeping to the industrial park request.
Within 2 days the façade was totally transformed, windows in red with clear top coat applied to give a semi gloss, door and roller shutter finished in grey with satin finish.
The unit now has a crisp and attractive finish, something our client wanted to portray to visitors and future customers.
